Evening with II Borro: Four-Course Dinner & Wine Pairing
Join FIG Santa Monica for a four-course dinner that blends Italian tradition with the vibrant spirit of coastal California. Crafted by Executive Chef Joseph Cook, each course is artfully paired with Il Borro’s exceptional wines.
Highlights include olive oil–poached king crab served with Rosé Borrorosa, butternut squash tortellini topped with autumn truffle. To carry a taste of Tuscany home, each guest will receive a parting gift of house-made truffle ricotta gnudi and Il Borro’s signature extra virgin olive oil. Limited space available. Make this holiday effortless with our chef-prepared Thanksgiving feast to-go. Enjoy a whole roasted turkey with classic sides including mashed potatoes with gravy, sweet potatoes with crème fraîche and walnut-maple streusel, Brussels sprouts, chestnut stuffing, autumn harvest salad with poached pears, candied pecans, and champagne vinaigrette. Finish on a sweet note with your choice of pumpkin or apple pie. Perfectly portioned to serve eight guests, simply pick up, serve, and savor the season. Serves up to 8 guests and includes reheat instructions.
